Beautiful updated hotel with nice rooms and amenities. The pool is amazing with a lazy river circling it.

The premises are truly impressive, sprawling lavishly over vast areas in conjunction with its sister hotel, Waldorf Astoria. Quite a few superb restaurants are available in either building, which are connected via a long corridor. The pools on both sites are comfortable, and the lazy river can keep one enthralled all day. Make you almost forget, or want to forget about those Disney tickets... The rooms are spacious enough and the layout quite as expected. The shuttle to the Disney parks is on time and in the form of very modern, air-conditioned coaches. Breakfast is a bit more than expected - a rare find for us. Beds & pillows are top level of comfort, which I have found to be a standard in Hilton hotels.

This is a superb hotel. The hotel staff were incredible, without exception. They were extremely courteous, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious with omelettes and eggs cooked fresh whilst we waited and a vast selection of pastries, fresh fruit and cereal available. The hotel was spotless both inside and out and the pool area with lazy river was just gorgeous. A great location for Disney parks with an easy to use courtesy shuttle. Wonderful!

The hotel was clean and everyone was. Helpful. We didn’t try any restaurants but was very impressed with the micro market. Lots of variety and healthy choices. The pool and lazy river were perfect for after a hot day in one of the parks.

The location was perfect! Convenience of the keyless entry was great, but appreciated that the staff was still available. The beds are the super comfortable!! We slept very well. The shuttle to and from the parks was very convenient; on time, friendly and reliable (except for on the day of the Disney Marathon.)
